Who is Mamoun Alamouri?


19 years working in enterprise SaaS & Tech.

An executive turned entrepreneur. Throughout my career managed more than $300 million in sales, closed more than $100 million. Took many scale-ups from zero to 7 & 8 digits in business in the MEA Region.

Started as the quiet one in the room, top of my class in computer engineering. Loved solving problems, building systems, making things work.

Naturally, the first stop was corporate. Technical roles, big companies, solid path. But it didn’t take long to realize something was missing.

I didn’t just want to understand systems. I wanted to understand people.

So, I shifted. Got my Executive MBA. Moved into business consulting, then into sales leadership, and that’s where everything changed.

Became an awarded sales leader. took multiple scale-up SaaS company from Silicon Valley, expanding into the Middle East from zero into 7 & 8-figure ARR.

But here’s what most people miss: To build a great business, you have to understand how humans work. Not just your customers. Yourself. Your team. Your market.

That’s why I went deep into neuroscience, psychology, nutrition, and performance. Got certified as a Global NLP Master, Level 3 Personal Trainer, and Nutritionist.

Because business is human. And growth - real growth - starts from the inside out.

After that? I left the corporate world behind. Started building and investing in SaaS startups. Built my own. Launched a sales and marketing agency focused on helping businesses grow in -or expand into- the Middle East.
